Welcome to Louie's Lair: Life on the California Coast. Above is the Louie in question, a retired male show pug who will be four years old on his next birthday, September 10; the Lair is the home he shares with his human mom and dad.
Louie's days are filled with adventures, like rides in the "magic box" (a.k.a. the car) and explorations of the back garden, along with plenty of snoozing and cuddling, walks and treats. Some of his favorite things are belly rubs, sitting on the clean laundry, and nibbling grass to get Mom's attention.
Like most dogs, he provides warmth, companionship. a listening ear, endless entertainment, and a perspective on what's really important in life: unconditional love.
